CMCA(UK) Founded and First Codification Contract won among 6 contractors
Central Management Catalogue Agency (UK) Limited or CMCA(UK) as we are more commonly known, began its roots in the garage of our Chairman. Sporadically moving to larger premises over the years to the two premises we now work from today at Brindley Court in Worcester and Yate, near Bristol.

With the growth of the company and to meet the evolving demands of our customers, CMCA(UK) begins offering Environmentally Controlled Storage Services across two purpose built, ‘time-locked’ sites. This enables stored components to be strictly controlled to guarantee future availability.

CMCA(UK) Celebrates milestone 20 years in business
The company now operates out of offices in Warndon (Worcestershire) and Yate (near Bristol), delivering Codification, Obsolescence Management, Environmentally Controlled Storage and Procurement Services primarily into the Defence sectors. However, in the last two or three years CMCA(UK) has begun expanding its services into various civil environments including Energy, Transport, Medical and Aerospace.

COMPaSSWeb is CMCA(UK)’s secure, UK-based proprietary web portal, which serves as a fully integrated client hub for all of our obsolescence management services.
Developed to support efficient and effective obsolescence risk decision-making based on the internationally recommended IEC62402 cycle of equipment risk management analysis, monitoring, reporting and mitigation.
