CMCA(UK) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with K2B International to deliver Obsolescence Management practitioner training in the Far East.
The first two day Obsolescence Management training course will run from 2nd to 3rd February 2015 in Singapore and will feature a series of theoretical sessions and practical exercises that are designed to prepare delegates for taking up an appointment as an Obsolescence Manager, and to equip them with the skills, knowledge and ‘best practice’ processes they will employ in this role. The training will be delivered by Darren Topley, CMCA(UK)’s Obsolescence Strategy Advisor, who has previously delivered Obsolescence Management training to military and commercial clients globally. Speaking on the subject of the training course, Darren comments “It’s an exciting time for CMCA(UK). We have had a great deal of success in the last 12 months engaging with government departments and companies throughout the Far East who are experiencing Obsolescence Management challenges. Suffice it to say, there were no shortage of visitors to our exhibition stand at DSA 2014 in Malaysia back in April. Consequently, we are extremely pleased to have established a relationship with K2B International which will allow interested parties within Singapore and throughout the region to acquire a better understanding of Obsolescence Management and to enhance both their knowledge and confidence to tackle the obsolescence challenges. From our perspective this is a win-win opportunity all round”. Further details on the planned training courses can be obtained directly from Darren at firstname.lastname@example.org
