  • Understand customers’ needs and supply products and/or services that meet these
  • Integrate quality management principles and methodologies into the business and decision making process
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, our process, products and services, to enhance their value to our customers and employees
  • Establish quality requirements, ensuring all participants comply with them
  • Maintain our Quality Management System to BS EN ISO 9001:2008
