Due to the age of our office buildings, access for wheel chair users is restricted. Therefore, we would be very grateful if you could inform us of any special access needs prior to visiting us so that we can make appropriate provisions to accommodate you.
Directions to Pierpoint Street Office (Main Office)

Parking by arrangement, please call in advance and leave your car details for a space to be reserved.
- Leave M5 at junction 7 head towards Worcester
- At first roundabout take the 1st exit sign posted Malvern
- 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit (straight over)
- 3rd roundabout take the 3rd exit which is sign posted to Worcester
- There should now be a pub on your left hand side called The Ketch
- 4th roundabout take the 2nd exit (straight over)
- Follow that road for about 2 miles until you pass a Texaco petrol station on your left hand side
- At traffic lights turn left, move into the right hand lane
- At traffic lights turn right, sign posted Kidderminster (Warning Speed Camera after not far after the lights)
- 5th roundabout take 1st exit
- At traffic lights follow signs for Kidderminster, be in the right hand lane
- At lights turn right (MacDonald’s in front of you)
- At lights go straight over, railway bridge now in front of you
Pre-arranged parking
- Go under railway bridge, forward to main traffic lights, keep in right hand lane
- Straight over traffic lights, after about 200 metres, take first available right turn into St. Oswalds Road
- At the end of St. Oswalds Road, turn right into Sansome Walk
- After about 400 metres, there is a pedestrian crossing. Just after the crossing, on the right hand side of the road, turn into the narrow entrance and on into the carpark. Note, this turning is very easy to miss. Drive past the Pay and Display car park on your right at the front of the park and proceed into the car park at the rear. The attendant will have your details.
- To get to our offices, walk back onto Sansome Walk, turn right. The first turn on the right is Pierpoint Street. We are the first building on the right in Pierpoint Street.
Not pre-arranged parking
- Go under railway bridge and turn right into Pierpoint Street. Pull over and call the office, we will send somebody to meet you. CMCA(UK) is the final building on the right-hand side
There is Pay and Display parking within the vicinity of the office, please call if you would prefer to use this.
